Kathleen is a HR professional with knowledge and experience in a wide range of HR functions including analytics, strategic initiatives, equity, diversity and inclusion, on-boarding, and employee engagement. Kathleen holds a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from Simon Fraser University.
She brings specialized knowledge in 2SLGBTQIA+ issues, disability justice and mental health, and challenging anti-fat bias. This lens support her work for HRx in research and resource development. She believes that data is powerful, but what is even more powerful is the story behind the data. She believes that tapping into our empathy for the experiences of others is the most effective way to bring about change in our workplaces and society in general.
