Renee (she/her) comes to Inclusivity with a passion for creating positive social and organizational change through community-based research. Renee’s background is in public health where her work has focused on equity and access in the non-profit, academic and private sectors. Her mixed-methods research experience has included qualitative and quantitative survey and focus group design; data collection and organization; data analysis, synthesis and communication of results for different audiences; and project oversight. 

She has worked on a number of projects with a broad range of stakeholders and ensures all voices get heard. Operating from an intersectional approach, Renee is passionate about how communication, collaboration and research can further the values and priorities of companies, organizations and communities. She feels that data is the key to understanding work cultures and building more inclusive ones. 

Renee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and a Masters of Public Health as well as specialized training in Knowledge Translation and Trauma-informed practice. 

She is also a co-founder of a small café and a baby goods company. In her spare time, she enjoys walking in the trails with her kids, practicing yoga, and cooking.
